At Hockley Farm, my role allows me a lot of variety, as well as seeing patients in a minor ailment clinic, I also carry out medication reviews, medication queries and medication changes following a hospital clinic visit or discharge from hospital. I also manage patients with hypertension and involved in clinical trials.
In my spare time my main interests are football and photography.

I started to work at Hockley farm medical practice in November 2021, in preparation to start my Nursing Associate Programme ran by De Montfort University in February 2022.
The Nurse Associate Programme is a foundation Degree and bridges the gap between a Health care Assistant and a Graduate Nurse, also allowing you then to enrol on the Nurse training programme at the end.
I have worked in care now for 22 years, I have spent the 10 years before this working in 2 GP practices in Leicestershire as a Health care Assistant. My previous jobs included working in other care settings like residential care homes, home care and before this in the LRI in A&E department and medical Assessment wards as Health care assistant and clinical aide. My interests are Diabetes and supporting people with a Learning disability, their families, friends and carers.
